All charter bookings made through YH Charter are subject to a formal Charter Agreement between the charterer and the yacht owner/operator. YH Charter acts as a broker facilitating the arrangement. The Charter Agreement shall be governed by Indonesian law unless otherwise specified for international charters.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charter fee is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to the charter start date.
A refundable security deposit may be required, the amount of which varies by vessel.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on season and availability.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeited.
Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure: 75% of total charter fee forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total charter fee forfeited.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
All yachts are fully insured and comply with maritime safety regulations. YH Charter shall not be held liable for delays, changes in itinerary, or cancellations due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or force majeure events. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance.
