Henry founded YH Charter in 2014 with a simple yet ambitious vision: to introduce the world to Indonesia's most extraordinary waters with the same standard of hospitality found at the finest hotels on land. A third-generation hotelier with deep roots in the Indonesian luxury industry, Henry has spent more than two decades building businesses at the intersection of travel, hospitality, and craftsmanship.

Before founding YH Charter, Henry served as Vice President of Operations for a leading Asia-Pacific resort group, overseeing the launch of nine properties across Bali, Lombok, and the Maldives. His operational rigour earned multiple industry awards including the World Travel Awards' Hospitality Leader of the Year recognition in 2012. That foundation continues to shape YH Charter's service philosophy today: every detail considered, every guest known by name, every voyage uniquely composed.

A passionate sailor since childhood, Henry combines his hospitality discipline with deep marine expertise. He personally oversaw the commissioning of the company's flagship phinisi, M/Y Lamima, and continues to chair the design council for every new build. His annual fleet review across the Banda Sea and Raja Ampat is the longest continuous solo charter undertaken by any operator in Southeast Asia.

Henry holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Lausanne and serves on the boards of Conservation International Indonesia and the Indonesian Charter Yacht Association. He divides his time between Bali, Singapore, and his family home in Yogyakarta.

Davendra leads global operations across YH Charter's fleet, ports of call, and corporate offices. Joining the company in 2016 as Director of Operations, he was promoted to President in 2022 after orchestrating the largest fleet expansion in the company's history — more than doubling the number of available vessels while raising the average guest satisfaction score from 4.78 to 4.94 out of 5.

Prior to YH Charter, Davendra spent fifteen years at a leading global yacht management group, with senior roles in Monaco and Singapore. He is widely credited with developing the operational playbook now used by several Asian charter operators to standardise five-star service across diverse fleet composition. His expertise spans crew development, vessel maintenance, regulatory compliance, and cross-border charter logistics.

Under his leadership, YH Charter has launched the first formalised crew training academy in Indonesia, established a global standards manual translated into seven languages, and built a partnership network with more than forty luxury hotel brands. He is a frequent speaker at the Monaco Yacht Show and Asia Pacific Boating Conference.

Davendra holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master Mariner's licence. He is a passionate advocate for the development of Indonesian crew talent and chairs the company's Diversity & Inclusion council. He lives in Singapore with his family and personally sails Optimist regattas with his two children whenever the calendar allows.

Camille joined YH Charter in 2025 as Chief Hospitality Officer, bringing with her two decades of experience at the highest tier of European luxury hospitality. Previously Director of Guest Experience at Belmond, where she oversaw signature experiences across the group's twenty-eight properties and luxury trains, Camille is a leading voice in the design of bespoke travel.

At YH Charter, Camille leads the hospitality function end-to-end: onboard service standards, culinary programming, signature experiences, guest concierge, and bespoke itinerary design. Within her first six months, she launched the YH Charter Signature Programme — a curated portfolio of one-of-a-kind experiences including private dinners with Indonesian Michelin chefs, dawn dive briefings with marine biologists, and traditional Sasak weaving workshops with local artisans.

Camille began her career as a sommelier at the Hotel de Crillon in Paris before transitioning to operations roles at Mandarin Oriental, Aman Resorts, and most recently Belmond. She is a graduate of the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne and holds the Diploma in Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

Outside of YH Charter, Camille mentors students at her alma mater and serves on the editorial advisory board for two leading hospitality publications. She splits her time between the company's Monaco office and Bali, often joining charters herself to ensure standards exceed expectations on every voyage.

Rendra leads YH Charter's technology and product organisation, with responsibility for the platform that powers booking, fleet operations, guest experiences, and the company's growing partner ecosystem. He joined YH Charter in 2019 after a decade building consumer products at Grab, Gojek, and Booking.com.

His mandate has been clear from day one: build the technology backbone that allows YH Charter to scale its bespoke service without compromising on personalisation. Under his leadership, the company launched its proprietary fleet management platform, an AI-assisted itinerary builder used by every concierge, and a real-time vessel telemetry system providing operations and safety teams with complete situational awareness across all vessels.

Rendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master's in Engineering Management from Stanford University. He is a regular contributor to Asia's most influential travel-tech conferences and serves as a board advisor for two early-stage Indonesian travel technology startups.

Outside the office, Rendra is an avid free-diver and an advocate for ethical AI use in the hospitality industry. He divides his time between the Singapore headquarters and the company's engineering studio in Yogyakarta, and is a vocal champion of building world-class technology teams in Southeast Asia.

Priya oversees YH Charter's finance, treasury, and investor relations functions. Joining the company in 2023 ahead of the Series C funding round, she has been instrumental in establishing the financial discipline and reporting infrastructure needed to support the company's next phase of global growth.

Before YH Charter, Priya served as VP Finance at Patagonia Asia Pacific, where she led the regional finance team across nine markets and twenty-two retail locations. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years at Goldman Sachs in investment banking, advising luxury and consumer companies across Europe and Asia on capital raises, mergers, and acquisitions.

In her two years at YH Charter, Priya has overseen the company's $85M Series C raise, established the company's sustainability-linked credit facility, and built the financial infrastructure now supporting operations in three continents. She is a chartered accountant (ICAEW), a CFA charterholder, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Beyond her work at YH Charter, Priya is a passionate advocate for women in leadership across Asia's travel industry. She serves on the advisory boards of two women-led ventures in the impact investing space and mentors a cohort of emerging finance leaders through the SCWO Singapore programme.

Tomas joined YH Charter in 2017 from his role as Fleet Captain for a leading Mediterranean charter group. As Chief Fleet & Safety Officer, he is responsible for every aspect of the company's vessels, from technical specifications and refit programmes through to safety protocols, crew certifications, and the company's comprehensive emergency response infrastructure.

A licenced Master Mariner with thirty years at sea, Tomas has commanded vessels ranging from competition sailing yachts to 80-metre superyachts, with extensive bluewater experience in the Pacific, Indian Ocean, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. His safety record across the fleet is industry-leading and he personally trains every captain joining YH Charter through a six-week onboarding programme.

Tomas leads the company's technical relationships with shipyards in Indonesia, Italy, and the Netherlands, and chairs the new-build design council alongside Henry. Under his stewardship, the fleet has grown to over two hundred vessels with the same maintenance and safety standards regardless of size, age, or geography.

A native of Hamburg, Tomas studied marine engineering at TU Hamburg-Harburg before earning his commercial endorsements at Glasgow Maritime College. He lives aboard his own vintage sailing yacht in Benoa harbour with his wife and two ship cats, and is the world's reigning amateur navigation champion for celestial astronomy.

Aisha leads brand, marketing, and communications at YH Charter, with responsibility for shaping the company's positioning across every market. She joined in 2024 from her role as Global Head of Brand at a leading luxury hotel group, where she led the rebranding of the master brand and the launch of two new sub-brands.

Her remit at YH Charter spans brand strategy, integrated marketing, partnerships, content production, and the press function. In her first eighteen months, she has overseen a complete brand refresh, the launch of the YH Charter Journal editorial platform, and partnerships with publications including Conde Nast Traveller, Robb Report, and Boat International for sponsored editorial programmes.

Aisha's career began on the agency side, with roles at Wieden+Kennedy London and Mother New York. She moved client-side as Director of Marketing at LVMH's travel retail business before transitioning to hospitality. She is the recipient of a Cannes Lions Gold and was named to the Travel Industry 50 Under 50 list in 2023.

A graduate of the London School of Economics and the IE Brand Management programme in Madrid, Aisha is passionate about the role of brand in the luxury and travel sectors. She mentors emerging marketers through the IPA Brave programme and is a regular speaker at Cannes Lions and the World Travel & Tourism Council Global Summit.

Maya leads YH Charter's sustainability strategy, integrating environmental science and operational practice across the fleet, ports of call, and corporate operations. She joined the company in 2022 as the founding head of the Sustainability function, and was promoted to Chief Sustainability Officer in 2024 with a seat on the executive committee.

A marine biologist by training, Maya holds a PhD in Coral Reef Ecology from James Cook University and has spent two decades studying the Coral Triangle, with field research published in Nature Climate Change and Marine Ecology Progress Series. Before YH Charter, she led the Indonesia programme for Conservation International and served as a Senior Marine Advisor to the Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs.

At YH Charter, Maya leads the Carbon-Neutral Fleet 2028 initiative, oversees the Manta Conservation Programme funded by the company, and chairs the Marine Mammal Protection Committee in partnership with Conservation International. She is the architect of YH Charter's industry-first sustainability reporting framework, audited externally and benchmarked against global luxury hospitality peers.

A native of Manado, Maya is fluent in five languages and a tireless advocate for indigenous-led conservation. She lives in Labuan Bajo with her family and continues to publish peer-reviewed research on Indonesian reef ecosystems alongside her executive role. She is a regular guest on conservation podcasts and a frequent commentator on sustainable tourism policy.
